VICP Vacuum Insulation Composite Insulation Board Thin Plastered External Wall Insulation System
The general term for waste load-bearing insulation structures composed of adhesive layer, VICP vacuum insulated composite insulation board insulation layer, plastering layer with alkali resistant fiberglass mesh pressed into the plastering adhesive, finishing layer of coating materials (including coatings, finishing mortar, flexible finishing materials), anchor bolts, brackets, and corner protectors, which are mainly bonded and supplemented by anchor bolts fixed on the outer surface of building exterior walls. Abbreviated as VICP composite insulation board with thin plastering for external wall protection
Performance characteristics:
According to Article 3.1.1 of the new GB55031-2022 "General Code for Civil Buildings" (including exterior walls and curtain wall surface layers included in the building area), the advantages are as follows:
① Compared to traditional materials such as rock wool, the building yield can be increased by 2% -6%; (For example, a building with the same layout of 100000 square meters can increase the usable area inside by at least about 2000 to 6000 square meters);
② The curtain wall system has shortened the support arms of metal connectors, which not only significantly reduces material costs but also increases the safety factor of wind load resistance!
