The R&D and Testing Center has eight functional laboratories dedicated to the research and development of flame retardant, sound absorption and noise reduction, thermal insulation materials and products.
The main testing equipment in the laboratory includes noise testing system, standing wave tube, horizontal vertical combustion instrument, oxygen index detector, universal tensile testing instrument, high and low temperature alternating impact test chamber, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, high-performance liquid chromatography, differential scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer, infrared spectrometer, GC-MS gas chromatograph, thermal conductivity meter, etc.
Through the efficient operation of the R&D testing center, it will ensure the continuous updating of enterprise technology, while continuously developing new products and expanding application areas.

Test and stimulate the noise decibel value generated when the customer’s finished products are operated after installation.
Test the sound absorption performance of the sound absorption materials.
Test the combustion performance of the flame retardant materials.
Stimulate the customer verification of material performance degradation when the materials are operated for a long time after installation.
