System Instructions

The VICP composite wall system is a wall system composed of prefabricated concrete vacuum insulated composite insulation exterior wall panels, protective layers, connecting nodes, and supporting materials.

VICP composite insulation precast concrete sandwich wall panel is a prefabricated concrete prefabricated insulation integrated exterior wall panel composed of inner leaf wall panel, outer VICP vacuum insulation composite insulation panel, and tie system. The tie system is a system formed by the reasonable arrangement and anchoring of all tie components inside the wall panel, which reliably ties the outer wall panel with the inner leaf wall panel. It is divided into composite insulation board prefabricated sandwich insulation shear wall panel and composite insulation board prefabricated sandwich insulation external wall panel.

Main construction techniques

Process I: Summarize, sort, classify, and deepen the design layout based on the split wall panel drawings provided by the component factory; After determining the size and quantity of VICP composite insulation boards, they are prefabricated and processed into finished products in the factory;
Process II: Send to the component factory for processing and pouring into finished wall panels;
Process III: After the production and maintenance of the components are completed by the factory, they are transported to the construction site for installation;
Process IV: Wait for the subsequent coating and finishing process construction.
