VICP vacuum insulated composite insulation board thin plastering external wall insulation system

System Instructions

The general term for waste load-bearing insulation structures composed of bonding layer, VICP vacuum insulated composite insulation board insulation layer, alkali resistant glass fiber mesh pressed into the plastering adhesive, decorative layer of coating materials (including coatings, decorative mortar, flexible decorative materials), anchor bolts, brackets, and corner protectors, which are mainly bonded and supplemented by anchor bolts to be fixed on the outer surface of building exterior walls. Abbreviation: VICP composite insulation board thin plastering external wall insulation system.

Main Features
According to the new regulation GB55031-2022 General Code for Civil Buildings, clause 3.1.1 (including exterior walls and curtain wall surface layers in the building area), the advantages are as follows:

① Compared with traditional materials such as rock wool, the building yield can be increased by 2% -6%; (For example, the usable area inside a building with the same layout of 100000 square meters can be increased by at least about 2000 to 6000 square meters);

② The shortened metal connection arm of the curtain wall system not only significantly reduces material costs but also increases the safety factor against wind loads!

Construction technology

Grassroots inspection, cleaning, and leveling of the base wall surface - application of interface agent to enhance bonding strength - pasting VICP board vacuum insulation board - fixing with special anchors - applying crack resistant mortar and laying mesh cloth - inspection and finishing layer construction.
